Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the rules for this Promotion. Make sure you read them carefully and understand them all before you enter the Promotion.
- Introduction
- Octa is giving you the chance to receive a gift. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promotion name is Octa Trade and Win, hereinafter referred to as the Promotion.
- The Promotion is organised and run by Octa Markets Incorporated, hereinafter referred to as the Promoter.
- ‘The Promoter’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘ours’ refer to Octa, which is a trading name of Octa Markets Incorporated.
- Who may enter
- The Promotion is open to Octa clients in the countries determined by the Promoter, aged 18 or over at the time of entry (hereinafter—‘Client’). You are not eligible for the Promotion if you are materially connected to the administration of the Promotion.
- The Promoter may extend or narrow the availability of the Promotion to Octa clients depending on the country at their sole discretion.
- How to enter
- The Clients can join Trade and Win at any time by opening a real account with Octa.
- The Clients can claim gifts depending on their ‘prize lots’ balance.
- To enter the Promotion, the Clients must trade on their real accounts using any trading instrument we provide.
- Orders on demo accounts do not qualify the Clients to enter the Promotion.
- Order duration is not limited unless it is stated in the Customer Agreement.
- Only closed trades participate in trading volume counts.
- The Client must close at least one trade order every 30 days to be able to use their Prize Lots. Otherwise, their Prize Lots will be temporarily locked. To unlock them, the Client needs to resume trading and close at least one order within 180 days of the last closed order.
- The Client must close at least one trade order every 180 days to be able to keep their Prize Lots. Otherwise, their Prize Lots are permanently burned. It is not possible to restore the Prize Lots.

- The gifts in this Promotion (hereinafter—‘Gifts’) depend on your region. The up-to-date list of the Gifts can be found in your profile.
- The Gifts can be received in exchange for prize lots.
- Prize lots are calculated as follows:
- 1 traded lot = 1 prize lot
- Octa Status Program participants receive more prize lots for trading:
- Silver status: 1 traded lot = 1.1 prize lots
- Gold status: 1 traded lot = 1.25 prize lots
- Platinum status: 1 traded lot = 1.5 prize lots
- For the Clients who participate in the Octa Status Program, the list of the Gifts may be extended depending on their region and active status in this program.
- The Gifts can be claimed provided that the client has enough prize lots to redeem.
- The prize lots are temporarily locked after 30 days of trading inactivity. To be able to use them again, the Client needs to close at least one trading order.
- The Gifts are limited to one of each type of Gift per month for one person.
- The Gifts and participation in the Promotion cannot be exchanged or transferred. However, in the event that the Gifts offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to provide alternative Gifts of equal or greater value or return prize lots spent on the Gifts.
- Gift vouchers or certificates can only be exchanged following the terms of the issuer. They are not returnable.
- Gift vouchers or certificates are valid only in the country of Promotion unless otherwise stated.
- Marketing images may not reflect actual Gifts.
- Octa does not provide invoices for the Gifts.
- In case of electronic Gift failure:
- Octa-branded: replacement if reported within 105 days
- Non-Octa-branded: replacement if reported within 45 days
- Otherwise, contact the manufacturer.
- If the Gift is damaged during shipment, report with proof within 7 days to get a replacement.
- Defective non-electronic Gifts can be replaced or prize lots refunded if reported within 6 months.
- Clothing sizes must be checked before ordering; changes are not allowed after order creation.
- The Promoter is not liable for any issues from using the Gifts.
- The Promoter can amend prize lot requirements at any time.
- Electronics may include pre-installed apps and customisations.
- Client must provide documentation for customs if needed.
- State levies are paid by the Client and refundable with proof.

- Gifts delivered within 8 weeks. International delivery times may vary.
- Only the claiming client can receive the Gift.
- Delivery address must be in the country of Promotion.
- Address and contact info cannot be changed after claiming.
- If client is unreachable, the Promoter may cancel the order.
- Gifts are handed over personally by a courier.
- If delivery is refused or proof not provided, the order is cancelled and prize lots restored.
- Delivery issues must be reported within 7 days to Octa Customer Support.

- IP matches lead to disqualification.
- Arbitrage or quote abuse results in disqualification.
- Resale of Gifts results in disqualification.
- Promoter may disqualify without explanation if abuse is suspected.
- All trading techniques are allowed, but fraud leads to cancellation.
- Clients must provide accurate delivery info.
- By participating, clients allow their name and country to be used in Octa marketing.
- Uncovered situations are decided by the Promoter.
- Terms and Conditions may be amended anytime.
- Promotion may be terminated without notice.
- Promoter: Octa, First floor, Meridian Place, Choc Estate, Castries, Saint Lucia.

- Content must not be illegal, offensive, or harmful.
- By posting, you grant Octa rights to use the content worldwide.
- Octa may use your name in connection with your content.
- You represent you own or control all rights to your content.
- You will indemnify Octa for any claims resulting from your content.
- Octa has the right to remove or edit content.
- Octa is not responsible for third-party content.
