Versus Trade Ltd proudly announces the “Golden Songkran Lucky Draw” and offers its Clients the chance to be the lucky winners to the $8,888 Lucky Draw promo.

1.Introduction

1.1 Versus Trade is offering its clients the chance to win the cash prize by participating in this Promotion. By entering, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 The Promotion name is Golden Songkran Lucky Draw – $8,888 Lucky Draw (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion).

1.3 The Promotion is run by Versus Trade Ltd. (“Versus Trade”) for its Clients.

1.4 These terms are issued under and subject to the Client Agreement of Versus Trade.

 2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 The Promotion is open exclusively to Clients of Versus Trade from Thailand and Laos who:

• Have a verified trading account and accepted the terms of the Client Agreement;
• Are aged 18 or older at the time of entering into the Promotion;
• Are not connected to creation of the Promotion or to Versus Trade in any way shape or form;

2.2 The Promotion is enabled automatically for the eligible Thailand and Laos Clients from 1 April 2026 until 30 April 2026, no manual opt-in is required.

2.3 Versus Trade may extend or restrict the Promotion to other regions at its discretion.

2.4 Eligible accounts are all regular trading accounts. Demo and Bonus accounts are not eligible.

3. Entry Rules and Eligibility

3.1 To participate in the Promotion, clients must trade at least 1 lot on XAUUSD on their verified account during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Client is awarded 1 Lucky Draw ticket for opening and closing 1 lot of XAUUSD. 1 lot of XAUUSD can be traded as multiple orders of smaller volume, counted as a total volume within all trades and qualified trading accounts during the promotional period.^[1].

3.3 For each additional 1 full lot of XAUUSD traded, the Client receives an additional 1 ticket.

3.4 There is no limit on the number of tickets a Client can receive.

3.5 Only closed trades are counted toward ticket calculation.

3.6 Trading volume is calculated as the sum of all round XAUUSD lots^[2] and aggregated across all accounts of a verified client.

3.7 Tickets are linked to each individual Client’s identity (ID) not account number.

3.8 A Client can win one prize, in case of multiple prizes, the highest prize will be given.

3.9 Accounts suspected to be involved in breach of the Client Agreement will be disqualified from the Promotion at the discretion of Versus Trade.

3.10 Clients are hereby reminded to always trade responsibly and within their means.

4. Promotion Period

4.1 The Promotion is active from 1 April 2026 until 30 April 2026.

4.2 Only trades opened and closed within this period will be counted toward ticket allocation.

5. Prize Pool

5.1 The prize pool for this Promotion is $8,888 USD split between 35 lucky winners by a random and fair draw.

5.2 The prize distribution is as follows:

• 1st place: 1 winner, $888;
• 2nd place: 2 winners, $700 each;
• 3rd place: 3 winners, $500 each;
• 4th place: 4 winners, $300 each;
• 5th place: 5 winners, $200 each;
• 6th place: 20 winners, $145 each;

6. Winner Selection

6.1 Winners will be selected randomly using a fair and transparent method at Versus’s Trades sole discretion (e.g., live stream via wheelofnames.com).

6.2 The draw will take place on 1 May 2026 and the announcement will be published via official Versus Trade channels.

6.3 Versus Trade has the right to change the date of the draw and Clients will be notified in advance via official social media channels of Versus Trade.

6.4 All winners will be contacted via the email linked to their Versus Trade account.

6.5 Prizes will be credited to the winners’ trading accounts within 7 business days. The credited funds will be available for trading or withdrawal, at the discretion of the Client.

6.6 If a winner is unreachable or is unresponsive within 7 calendar days, Client agrees that the prize may be redrawn and/or cancelled at the discretion of Versus Trade.

6.7 Any taxes or legal obligations related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the Client.

7. Amendment, Termination and Disqualification

7.1 Verus Trade has the right to disqualify any Client who is suspected of breaching the terms of this Promotion or the Client Agreement.

7.2 Verus Trade reserves the right to refuse entry to any Client without obligation of disclosure of the reasoning thereof by notification via the landing page.

7.3 Versus Trade may amend the terms of, or terminate entirely, this Promotion at any time, without prior notice. Any amendment or termination of this Promotion shall be posted on the official Versus site without any further right of claim or liability on behalf of Versus Trade.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Any dispute arising pursuant to the Promotion shall be sent to the Customer Support at [email protected] and handled in accordance with the procedures of Client Agreement.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 By entering into this Promotion and winning a prize, the Client consents to having their photo taken, producing a written or video recording testimony at the request of Versus Trade.

9.2 The Client agrees and consents to Versus Trade making any of the above on any of its social media outlets or any other advertisement activity via third parties.

9.3 Failure of the Client(s) to adhere by these terms clause 9.1 and/or 9.2 hereinabove may result in disqualification and/or cancellation of the winning prize.

9.4 Disqualified Clients, for any reason, forfeit their right to collect prizes hereunder.
